Where we ship
We ship to every address in Canada and the United States from Toronto, Ontario.
Shipping cost
Canada
- Orders of $30 CAD or more: free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
- Orders under $30 CAD: $5 CAD flat rate.
- Prices shown on the site include tax for Canadian orders.
United States
- One set: $10 CAD. Two or more sets, including the 3-set bundle: $13 CAD. Shown in US dollars at checkout.
- US duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. Your order ships duty-paid and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
- Free shipping does not apply to US orders.
Processing time
Order by 12 PM Eastern on a business day and it ships the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends or on Canadian public holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Canada: 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
- United States: 4 to 8 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can add time and are outside our control.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email support@vitanails.shop and we will chase it for you.
Wrong address
Check your shipping address before you place the order. If you notice a mistake, email us within one hour of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, wait 2 business days and check with neighbours and your building's mail room, then email us. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it.
