Refund policy
Unopened, unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn sets cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email support@vitanails.shop with your order number, the set(s) you want to return and the reason. We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address. Items sent back without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve the refund and send it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different set is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If a set is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
