At VitaNails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened nail polish or nail care products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@vitanails.shop with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
